I have been in the inurance insdustry for over 7 years. I enjoy being able to assist people in understanding their group benefits. Group Benefits is not easy to understand, especially with all the options that are available. Being able to talk to everyone (the employer and employee) on a one-on-one basis in helping them find the right coverage/plan for them and their families. I do this by keeping the line of communication open for the Employer and the Employee throughout the year. I believe that is key in makig sure there is understanding their benefits.
